Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sticky. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

Keep your password secret. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sticky.studio if you suspect unauthorized access.

Don’t post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s copyright. Don’t scrape, abuse the API, or attempt to compromise other users’ accounts. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of comments and other content you post. You grant Sticky a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of running the service. You can delete your own content at any time; admins can also remove content that violates these terms.

Sticky is an editorial and discovery product. We do not accept wagers, hold balances, or process winnings. Links to external operators are informational; any transactions you make on those sites are governed by their own terms.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate the service or specific accounts at our discretion, especially in response to a policy violation or security incident.

Sticky is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the prior twelve months — currently zero.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Sticky’s operating entity. Disputes are resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that location.

Gambling can be addictive. Sticky is intended only for users aged 18 and over — play only with what you can afford to lose, set your own time and spending limits, and take regular breaks. If gambling stops being fun, please seek support from a licensed problem-gambling service in your region.
